Polyphasic Sleep: The Monophasics Strike Back.
Due to several misunderstandings I have been forbidden to continue the process of adapting to polyphasic sleep and return to the terrible world of the monophasic sleeper. This is only in place until I am age 18 and am settled into my room. This is well with me as I have decided that next time I will go the hardcore route and go Dymaxion. Until then I am back to the pathetic world of monophasic and only having 16 hours a day in which to accomplish my goals. See you all in a month and three days.

Polyphasic Sleep Day 11
due to illness I barely slept at 0200, and then continued to try to sleep until I finally fell asleep around 0640 and slept until 1030 I am feeling somewhat better and will continue my sleep schedule now.
- 1400-1430: I fell asleep with out a problem and woke up to my alarm with out a problem.
- 1800-1830: I half napped while at a friends house.
- 2200-2230: I was unable to make this nap because people were being loud, disrespectful, and obnoxious. Because I was upset with people for behaving this way and being a bunch of lazy pieces of shits rather than doing their chores like they have been being told to since this morning before I even woke up I have been told to discontinue the sleep schedule. FAT FUCKING CHANCE!

Polyphasic Sleep Day 10
- 0200-0230: Falling asleep seems to get easier each time and more peaceful.
- 0600-0630: My alarm rolled away and I slept in I am getting sick of things like this happening. I need to find an alarm loud enough to wake me up that doesn't need to be right next to my ear.
- 1000-1030: I took this nap in the car while Michelle and the parents were gone for her doctors appointment
- 1400-1430: I napped in the back pretty easily and woke up with out the alarm going off which is amazing.
- 1800-1830: Again I napped in the back after returning from the college and again I woke up with out the alarm, I believe that my body is beginning to make the final adjustments.
- 2200-2230: I again woke up with out the alarm, this is going rather well.

Polyphasic Sleep Day 9
I started this day off by going to sleep deliberately for a longer period of time than normal because I was feeling ill and I then slept it off. I didn't wake up until halfway through my 1000 nap.
- 1400-1430: I fell asleep with ease although I was worried I wouldn't since I chose to sleep through my illness.
- 1800-1830:I took a break from working and was able to catch this nap, once it was done I jumped back into working with out a hitch.
- 2200-2230: I had some problems falling asleep but after awhile I was out like a light.

Polyphasic Sleep Day 8
- 0200-0230: I needed to skip this nap as well which was hell.
- 0600-0630: I caught up on my two missed naps along with this one
- 1000-1030: I slept in the back of a pick up on the way to church for this one.
- 1400-1430: I skipped this nap to spend time with my dad and his girlfriend.
- 1800-1830: I slept until 8pm in order to catch up on my missed nap
- 2200-2230: I only slept for about 20 minutes and woke up before the alarm went off.
I have found out that if I miss a nap that if I add 1.5 hours to my next time I feel the same and don't crash at all.
I am positive now that the hardest part of adjusting is over now, and am glad to say that I think this was easier than expected and staying to this system will be easy as well.

Polyphasic Sleep Day 7
- 0200-0230: I was having a hard time getting to sleep but I did manage to catch some Zs
- 0600-0630: I fell asleep almost immediately and then crashed after I woke up, I assume this is because of the nap I missed yesterday.
- 1000-1030: I crashed through this nap :(
- 1400-1430: I fell asleep quickly and feel like I have managed to pull myself back into the schedule.
- 1800-1830: I made this nap with surprising ease, considering that there were event activities going on downstairs
- 2200-2230:I had to skip this nap and make up for it later.
Todays posts will be somewhat spread out or late as I am at a reenactment event.

Polyphasic Sleep Day 6
- 0200-0230: I feel asleep rather easily however waking up was somewhat difficult
- 0600-0630: Falling asleep was easy and waking up was to, the hard part was crawling out from under the blanket.
- 1000-1030: I fell asleep on the couch with ease even though there was a lot of commotion in the living room.
- 1400-1430: I had to skip this nap due to the fact that I was out running errands with my folks and was not in a position in which I could nap. I actually took a 110 minute nap once I arrived back home and felt just as refreshed as I would have if I had had my nap.
- 1800-1830: I made this nap with no problems.
- 2200-2230: Again I made this nap without a problem.
