- 1400-1430: I fell asleep almost immediately so hopefully oversleeping by nearly 6 hours won't have been to much of a set back.
- 1800-1830: I fell asleep easily again, and I found a solution to my alarm issue so from now on it should be good.
- 2200-2230: I couldn't fall asleep this time which is a shame because I am awfully tired.
